We will: 

  • Submit your request for proposal to our lodging and meeting and conference facilities and venues.
  • Provide you with both digital visitor guides and maps to use in your online registration efforts.
  • Provide you with visitor guides and maps to hand out at registration.
  • Assist you with finding options on specialized service providers such as, ground transportation, caterers, group-friendly restaurants, tour guides, photographers, florists, entertainers, etc.
  • Assist you with facilitating programming for events and/or leisure activities.
  • Provide you with articles and photos for use on your website and social media to help promote attendance to your meeting or conference. 
  • Assist with the request of a government official to provide a welcome address.
  • Provide staffed welcome tables at your event’s registration (for larger conferences)
  • Offer Meeting Planner Incentives to qualifying meetings and conferences. (Based on availability)
